- A session ID is provided for every pre-application at the bottom of the page. Copy and save this ID to resume the pre-application at a later time.
- To submit your responses for analysis, click the “Complete Assessment” button on the last page of the pre-application.
- The results page will indicate your readiness to apply based on your responses to the questions.

| Not Ready to Submit | Program likely does not meet the “BOC Approved Provider Maintenance Requirements.” Enhancements are needed to align this program with the requirements. |
